Today was more of a boat-based sightseeing trip for the family and guests, rather than a fishing trip, but I couldn’t resist trolling a Rapala past the same spot which delivered the larger bass on Monday.

The boat made three circuits over the same area of the Haven, at a similar early-evening time as before, also on the ebb tide. The lure connected with something – fish or obstruction? – on one pass, but no hook-ups.
